Here at ALTERNATIVE HEALTH MEDIC we ship quality products and all our products are tested before they leave our location. However, if an item is deemed defective or DOA; we'll gladly exchange it for the same type of product or provide another of equal value.
This is part of our promise of value and service for our eCrater.com customers and we strictly adhere to eCrater.com policies regarding returns.
We will not process returns without an RMA. Email us for RMA prior to any returns, keep in mind that shipping & handling is non-refundable and we charge a 15% restocking fee.
